Keith Griffiths, previously holding key roles such as Managing Director at Atlas and Starboard Hotels, joins as Chief Operating Officer. He will oversee operational divisions in the UK & Ireland alongside Julia Harnischfeger, recently appointed to lead operational strategies for the continental European portfolio.

Jason Wischhoff assumes the role of Chief Development Officer, bringing 20 years of experience in hotel investment, including positions at Dream Hotel Group, Accor, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Rosa Ceparano joins as Chief Financial Officer, bringing her extensive finance background from Hotel Co 51 and Vastint Hospitality to lead a team of over 60 Finance and IT specialists across Europe.
