Expect an Easter egg bonanza from the skies!
The WFCU Credit Union Easter Egg Drop, in partnership with The Town of LaSalle, will enchant pre-registered youngsters Saturday at the Vollmer Complex, where 25,000 toy Easter eggs will drop from a helicopter.

Alas, the popular event is already completely booked and has no room for any more participants.
“More than 800 children aged 2-10 have registered for the now at capacity event and will join the fun by collecting eggs in waves according to their age group, which can then be exchanged for Easter chocolate and goodies,” the WFCU Credit Union said in a news release.

Children will collect eggs — which can then be exchanged for Easter treats — at different times, according to their age group.
“We wanted to offer local families a fun, outdoor activity to participate in that would delight children and provide a memorable experience for all,” said WFCU Credit Union president and CEO Eddie Francis.
“We’re proud to be a part of this special time of year in Windsor-Essex County.”
