FRANKFURT/TOKYO — Japanese marine shipping group O.S.K. Lines has filed a lawsuit against Porsche, blaming an electric-vehicle battery for a fire that sank a car carrier two years ago.

The Felicity Ace, operated by Mitsui O.S.K., caught fire and sank near the Azores in February 2022.
